Recron Conditions
We use the Recron standard conditions. Our terms and conditions are registered at the K.v.K. in Meppel and are available at the reception desk. It is also possible to download the conditions below.
Young people/youth traveling alone and groups
The minimum age of the main booker should be 23 years old. For more information, please contact us at 0592-393535. Young people traveling alone and (student) associations are not allowed.
Borg
For some accommodations and during events, we require a deposit from our guests. This varies and depends on the time period and the average age of the guest(s).
Prices
No rights can be derived from any misprints or typographical errors in our price list. All prices in the price list are subject to change.
Cancellation Fund
You can plan your vacation with extra security by participating in the cancellation fund. This can save you the normally applicable costs of a forced cancellation. Compensation through Vakantiepark Witterzomer's cancellation fund only applies if one of the following reasons that are uncertain at the time of booking applies:
- Sudden illness and/or accident involving one of the traveling family members (with doctor's certificate).
- Serious sudden illness or death in the non traveling family (1st or 2nd degree).
- Unexpected call-up for military service, other than in case of mobilization.
- Involuntary unemployment of the breadwinner.
- If, after a period of unemployment, a job is offered (min. 20 hours per week for min. 6 months) and the employer does not agree to booked vacation.
- Fire, storm damage or lightning strike to home or contents, making attendance desirable.
- Unexpected, forced relocation or assignment of rental property (within 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date).
- Inability to use the means of transportation and/or camping equipment intended for the vacation due to theft, fire or unexpected engine or car damage within three weeks before the scheduled arrival date.
Conditions of cancellation fund
- Adding the cancellation fund must be done within 24 hours of booking your vacation.
- The cancellation fund is valid up to and including the day of departure.
- At all times Vakantiepark Witterzomer requests proof of the above reasons for cancellation.
- The cost of participation is 5.5% of the total amount due for the rented objects and € 6, - policy fee.
- In case of cancellation based on the above reasons, 5.5% of the total amount due, € 6,00 policy fee and the reservation fee will be charged. The remaining travel sum will be refunded.
- If your vacation must be cancelled early based on the above reasons, a pro rata refund will be made.
Payments
For tourist reservations made more than 11 days before arrival, the following applies: the 1st installment of 15% of the total amount within 3 days of booking, the 2nd installment of 35% no later than 125 days (approx. 4 months) before arrival and the 3rd installment of 50% no later than 41 days (6 weeks) before arrival. If you book within 10 days before arrival, the reservation must be paid immediately.
For payments less than 75 euros, we do not apply a deadline and require immediate payment.
Different terms apply for annual and seasonal pitches.
Unless otherwise stated, the conditions below apply to all actions (offers, last minutes and packages) of Vakantiepark Witterzomer:

- Mentioned prices are excluding mandatory service costs* (= final cleaning and bed linen), tourist tax, administration costs, deposit and any preference costs, unless otherwise stated
- Changes, prices and printing errors are subject to change
- Discounts do not apply to reservations already made
- Offers are not valid in combination with other offers, packages, last-minutes and/or discounts
- Advance booking of offers is required. Booking is possible up to and including the day before arrival.
